STEP 1: REQUEST AN APPOINTMENT
Request an appointment by filling out the contact form below, and I’ll be in touch promptly to select a date, time, and mode of service. Consultation services are available in-person (for those living in the Greater Toronto Area), or virtually through Zoom. Within your appointment, I’ll get to know you, your child (or children), your concerns with their eating, and a day-to-day understanding of your home eating environment.
STEP 2: GET EXPERT ADVICE
After your appointment, you’ll be provided with a comprehensive nutrition coaching plan highlighting the priority areas and how to tackle them on a practical day-to-day basis.
STEP 3: GET RESULTS
Follow-up coaching appointments help troubleshoot challenges or new areas that you’re struggling with. Coaching depends on your level of support needed.
RATES
Initial 60 minute appointment: $160
Follow-up 30 minute appointment: $80
A complimentary 15 minute phone call prior to booking services is available by request.
Most private health insurers or flex benefits plans cover nutrition counselling services from a Registered Dietitian. A physician referral is not required for an appointment.
